The Bob’s Burgers movie has achieved some success with an 87% on rotten tomatoes! This movie based on the hit TV show has a cast of quirky, lovable characters. Let’s celebrate the film’s success by finding out which character would match up with the zodiac signs. Don’t forget to check your moon and rising as well as your sun sign.
Aries – Louise
Is anyone really surprised that I paired Louise with Aries? Like the cardinal fire sign, Louise is passionate, temperamental, and incredibly hyperactive. Plus, only an Aries would slap a boy band member who they thought was cute. Maybe her pink bunny ears are disguising ram horns.

Taurus – Bob
The beleaguered burger maker Bob Belcher (try saying that five times fast) would be a Taurus because he loves his family (even if they are all… terrible) and he LOVES his food. Like all earth signs, he is dedicated, stubborn, and has decent business sense, even though he is down on his luck financially. Plus, I would not be surprised if any of my Taurean friends tried to potty train a Thanksgiving turkey.
Gemini – Andy and Ollie
Of course the twins got paired up with the twins. But this is not the only reason I paired Andy and Ollie with the mutable air sign. Like Gemini, Andy and Ollie are kind-hearted and communicative (at least they are with each other) but they are also incredibly erratic and unpredictable.
Cancer – Linda
Linda must be a moon child. But I wouldn’t be surprised if she had Leo somewhere in her chart. Linda would be a Cancerian because she is creative, especially when she writes Thanksgiving songs, headlines her own girl band, and turns the restaurant into a murder mystery dinner theatre. She is also a devoted wife and mother to her husband and children.
Leo – Gene
Linda may have Leo somewhere in her chart, but Gene is a full-blown Leo sun sign and you can’t convince me otherwise. He likes attention but he loves to entertain people around him. It doesn’t matter if he is wearing the burger costume, the beefsquatch costume, or playing fart sounds on his keyboard, he is always in entertainment mode. He also has the best legs in the family.
Virgo – Teddy
Virgos are loyal, helpful, and exceptionally kind. And if that description does not fit Teddy, I don’t know what does. Teddy is a handyman with a big heart (and likely a failing one due to Bob’s burgers) and is one of Bob’s most loyal customers. His patronage is probably one of the reasons Bob is still in business.
Libra – Jimmy Jr.
Libra’s are free spirits but they can also seem quite hesitant to those around them. Jimmy Jr., or as his best friend Zeke calls him, J Ju, dances to the beat of his own drum, and I mean that literally. He is also seemingly ambivalent towards Tina’s affection. Like a Libra, Jimmy Jr. can often be seen as the go-between for Bob’s Burgers and Jimmy Pesto’s Pizzeria because Jimmy is his dad but Tina is his sorta girlfriend.
Scorpio – Tina
This charm bomb is about to explode! Was there ever any doubt that Tina was a Scorpio? Yes, she may have Gemini somewhere in her chart due to her inability to make a decision. But with her boy-crazy and flirtatious nature, as well as her affinity for butts, she just has to be a Scorpio. Only a Scorpio would have romantic fantasies about zombies.
Sagittarius – Marshmallow
Oh hey, Marshmallow! Sagittarians often give in to their insatiable sense of wanderlust. They are often seen as mysterious party animals. This is fitting for Marshmallow who, as Bob says, comes and goes as she pleases, answers to no one, and is truly free. She is also quite charitable like the mutable fire sign.
Capricorn – Mr. Fischoeder
I mentioned earlier in this article that earth signs have savvy business sense. And since Capricorns are a cardinal earth sign they are amongst the savviest. It is for this reason that Mr. Fischoeder has to be a Capricorn. He is also incredibly charismatic just like the sea-goat.
Aquarius – Darryl
I often say that Aquarians can be lone wolves and outsiders. But they can also be technologically-minded whiz-kids. And Darryl totally fits that description to a T. Darryl is not only seen as an outcast and mistreated by his bully, Tyler. But he also uses his video game prowess to help Bob.
Pisces – Gayle
Okay, Pisces, put down your pitchforks and let me explain. Gayle would be the quintessential Pisces because like the mutable water sign she is creative and just a little bit kooky. She is also musically gifted and Pisces is one of the most musical signs in the zodiac. You got to love the song she wrote for Derek Dematopolis!
Ophiuchus – Jimmy Pesto
Ophiuchus is not a real zodiac sign and Jimmy Pesto is not a real chef. But his voice actor is a real bad guy!
