In the wee hours of the morning, the moon in Scorpio forms a sextile with Pluto in Capricorn. Under this sextile our tender disposition reawakens. We feel every emotion deeply and distinctively. We desire to travel to new places where we have never been. Give into these desires. Be open to new experiences.

Thirty minutes later, the moon enters Sagittarius. We feel impassioned and overzealous, under this moon. We may feel like we have a fire within us that can not be controlled very easily. If we can find a way to calm our nerves, this may be a great time for self-reflection. Lunar Sagittarius can help us enlighten and educate ourselves. This is an ideal time to settle the important matters at hand that may be causing you stress.

As we begin to wake up, the moon forms a square with Saturn in Pisces. Under this placement, we find it difficult to hold onto the positivity we felt earlier in the day. We may feel depressed or unsatisfied with our current situation and find it difficult to express our true feelings.

As we get ready for the day, the moon forms a trine with Jupiter in Aries. Under this transit, we feel cheerful and generous. We are attracting those around us with our optimism and inspiring others with our altruistic pursuits. Now is a great time to revisit that project you have been working on. This project may help to inspire and comfort others.

Around dinner time, the moon forms a square with Mercury in Pisces. Under this square, we may not take full advantage of our talents or resources. We may feel insecure and cynical. It may be particularly difficult to hear constructive criticism. At this time it may help to reflect on our own accomplishments. This reflection may help us build trust in our own decisions.

As we get ready for bed, the sun in Pisces forms a square with the moon. As earthlings we hate to see our celestial parents fight. Under this half moon, we can face many obstacles in our personal and professional lives. We may feel uncomfortable in our own skin and around others. This discomfort can lead to public disputes.

Just before midnight, the moon forms a square with Neptune in Pisces. Under this placement, we are passive and anxious. We may feel extra sensitive and can be easily hurt by the words and actions of those around us. This hypersensitivity can lead us to direct our insecurities inward. At times like this, self care is very important.

Ten minutes later, the moon forms an opposition to Mars in Gemini. Under this placement we may be particularly excitable. We might be reckless with our decisions, and become belligerent when things do not go according to plan. We may be at odds with an authoritative feminine figure in our lives.

Early this morning, the moon forms a trine with Venus in Aries. Under this trine, our desires shift from creative to romantic. We extend a great amount of courtesy to our loved ones and we are able to easily adapt to their needs. We feel amicable and have a strong desire to take care of our family and community. However, it is important that we remember to take care of ourselves as well.

Around breakfast time, the moon enters determined Capricorn. Under this moon, we may be operating under a “more work, less play” mentality. We are so close to achieving our goals, we can taste it. We are approaching everything with a serious attitude. Our concentration and attention to detail will help us in professional matters. Though perseverance is admirable, we have to remember to set aside a little time for leisure.

In the middle of the morning, the moon forms a sextile with Saturn. Now is not the time to be impetuous. We must set our intentions using great deliberation. We are taking ownership of the things that are in our control. Our organizational talent is thriving under this sextile. Now is a great time to lead a project at work or tackle any projects at home.

This morning, the moon forms a square with Jupiter. Under this square, conflict may arise in many facets of our lives. We may find ourselves at odds with others and pick fights with everyone around us.  We may be careless with our resources as well as our health. Be mindful of alcohol and caffeine, because our livers are especially vulnerable.

Just before noon, the moon forms a trine with Uranus in Taurus. Under this trine, we think outside of the box. Our minds are working fast but we are still giving certain tasks the care and attention they require. At this time, we use our persuasion, our can-do attitude, and our newfangled ideas to achieve all that we can. Nobody can tell us what we can and cannot accomplish. We decide that for ourselves.

A couple of hours after midnight, the moon forms a sextile with Neptune. Under this trine our minds are active and enthusiastic. We have been sensitive to the needs and emotions of those around us, but now we are sensitive to our own needs and desires. Now is a wonderful time to work on our passion projects and fulfill ourselves spiritually and creativity.

A couple of hours later, the moon forms a sextile with Mercury in Pisces. Under this sextile, we are capable and discerning. With our newfound self-confidence and awareness, we are more open-minded than ever. Thanks to our communicative abilities, we are able to engage more effectively with those around us. Use your openness to heed the thoughts and needs of others.

Exactly ten minutes later, the sun forms a sextile with the moon. We often think of the sun and moon as opposite, when in reality they are complementary. Our communicative skills are superb under this sextile. This placement balances the masculine and feminine energies. Under this transit, we feel very content in our space.

Later, the moon forms a conjunction with Pluto. Under this conjunction, it may feel like we are butting heads with everyone around us. This feeling of hostility can cause us to become depressed or temperamental. At times like this, it can be beneficial to just take a step back and indulge in guilty pleasures.

In the middle of the morning, the moon moves into visionary Aquarius. This moon is all about revolution and revelry. At this time, we feel particularly close to our loved ones and community. We are passionate about social events and social causes. We are also driven to be compassionate. Consider attending a charity event or protest to raise awareness. And then host a gathering to raise everyone’s spirits.

As we get ready for the weekend, the moon forms a square with Venus in Taurus. There is a lot of passionate energy in this transit, but we run the risk of having our passions go unfulfilled. This dissatisfaction and insecurity can lead to problems with our loved ones. It can be helpful to set aside time just to vent your frustrations in a healthy and productive way.
