Just a few hours after midnight, the sun in Pisces forms a square with the moon in Gemini. As earthlings, we hate to see our celestial parents fight. Under this half-moon, we can face many obstacles in our personal and professional lives. We may feel uncomfortable in our own skin and around others. This discomfort can lead to public disputes. Since we are particularly susceptible to health issues at this time, we may find it helpful to take a mental health day and let ourselves unwind.

About fifteen minutes later, the moon forms a sextile with Venus in Aries. This sextile fills our lives with love and balance. We feel safe and secure with our romantic partners. We are gracious and considerate of others. Now is a wonderful time to consider starting a family or becoming active in your community.

Around breakfast time, the moon forms a sextile with Jupiter in Aries. This sextile is an absolutely superb transit to start our day off right. With these two signs working together, our generosity knows no bounds. We are compelled to contribute to humanitarian ventures and spread healthy positivity wherever we go. We are inspired by the performative and poetic nature of this constellation. Now is a great time to work on your creative projects. Your art may help to inspire others.

Just before noon, the moon forms a conjunction with Mars in Gemini. Under this conjunction, we feel on edge and irritable. We must be mindful of these tendencies or else we can become argumentative or in the worst cases, violent. Exercise and meditation can aid in our stress relief since this transit can cause emotional and physical tension.

In the middle of the morning, the moon forms a square with Neptune in Pisces. Under this placement, we are passive and anxious. We may feel extra sensitive and can be easily hurt by the words and actions of those around us. This hypersensitivity can lead us to direct our insecurities inward. We may be unkind and dishonest with ourselves. At times like this, self-care is very important.

Around lunchtime, the moon forms a trine with Mercury in Aquarius. This trine gives us a level head. We are eager to learn and we use good judgment. Under this placement, we are more likely to use critical thinking and positive rhetoric to overcome our troubles. We are open to experiencing anything new. At this time, we can easily influence others with our charisma and leadership qualities. However, it is important that we wield this power with great discernment.

In the evening, the moon forms a trine with Saturn, who is happy at home in Aquarius. Under this trine, we see things clearly and tackle our goals with a great level of dedication and care. We feel organized and responsible. There is a desire to sort out our space as well as our thoughts. We are setting our intentions with care and consideration. We are happy to take methodical and deliberate steps in achieving our goals.

An hour and a half later, the moon moves into sentimental Cancer. Under this moon, we crave the simple and pleasant side of life. As the moon is at home in Cancer, we too have a desire for home. It has been a long week, and now it is time for some rest and relaxation. At this time, we value feeling emotionally secure and physically safe. Self-care is important for us now.

Around dinner time, the sun in Pisces forms a trine with the moon. “Harmony” and “happiness” are the two words most associated with this trine. This transit can help to manifest a healthy work-life balance, a substantial diet and exercise regime, and peaceful relationships with your loved ones. The key to success is to let things happen naturally. Don’t push yourself or try to force harmony into your life. Let it flow around you.

Later, the moon forms a square with Venus in Aries. Under this square our instincts are strong but our inhibitions can weaken them. This is a lot of passionate energy in this transit, but we run the risk of having our passions go unfulfilled. We can also feel like our thoughts and feelings are not being taken seriously. This dissatisfaction and insecurity can lead to problems with our loved ones. It can be helpful to set aside time just to vent your frustrations in a healthy and productive way.

Just a few minutes later, the moon forms a square with Jupiter in Pisces. Under this square, conflict may arise in many facets of our lives. We may find ourselves at odds with others and pick fights with everyone around us.  We may be careless with our resources as well as our health. Be mindful of alcohol and caffeine, because our livers are especially vulnerable.

Early this evening, the moon forms a sextile with Uranus in Taurus. This sextile grants us ambition and a can-do attitude. We are more than happy to help out with projects, both at work and at home. Thanks to our pragmatic sensibilities, we are able to persuade others easily to our way of thinking. We also may have a great desire to travel at this time. We crave a bit of freedom and are curious to see what the world has to offer. It may be time to plan a small getaway or take a day trip

Just before noon, the moon forms a trine with Neptune. Under this trine, we are innovative and have a great enthusiasm for life. We have an appreciation for the beauty around us as well as within us. We feel artistic and attractive. Now is the time for us to put our imaginations to good use and pursue some creative endeavors.

As we get ready for our day, the moon moves in opposition to Pluto in Capricorn. This placement may cause you to feel like all your effort is not being appreciated or reciprocated. You may also feel stuck in a rut. These are hard feelings to sit with and you may be understandably disappointed or disheartened. To counteract this dejected feeling you may turn to creature comforts, or you may indulge in things that bring you pleasure. It’s perfectly alright to distract yourself from the hurt every now and then. But be careful. Do not overindulge. Too much of anything is bad for you, and an over-dependence on pleasure can lead to physical, mental, and emotional illness.

An hour later, the moon moves into flamboyant Leo. Under this moon, we are overcome with self-confidence. We feel amorous. It is very easy to attract romantic partners at this time. We may have a casual “flirtationship.” At this time, we may want to express ourselves in as many creative ways as possible. We feel very theatrical and have the desire to perform in front of others. Don’t hold back! Find a stage and demand your spotlight.
