Whether you’re looking for a great foundation, bronzer, blush, or a whole new routine, here are some products you need to buy ASAP.

Dry skin is frustrating to deal with no matter what, but it is especially frustrating when buying makeup products.

As someone who has dry skin, it has taken me a long time to find products that don’t dry out my skin even more the second I put them on.

And don’t even get me started on having to wear makeup in the dead of winter when my skin is cracking off… it’s just a disaster!

Thankfully, plenty of makeup brands have heard our cries for help and have made some great makeup products specifically for dry skin. So, whether you’re looking for a great foundation, bronzer, blush, or a whole new routine, here are some products you need to buy ASAP.

Primer

The key to getting a glowing complexion is a solid primer. It’ll keep your foundation looking great and will help to hydrate your skin for hours on end. If you’re wanting a low-budget primer, pick up E.l.f Cosmetics’ Hydrating Face Primer, which is only $10.

Another solid option is Glossier’s Futuredew. Yes, it’s $24, but it will make your skin look like you just got back from a facial. You can wear this product under makeup, but you can also wear it by itself if you just want your skin to look, well, dewy!

Foundation

A great foundation can make or break your beauty routine. It is the product that goes all over your face, after all.

First thing’s first, if you have any matte foundations in your makeup collection, please remove them immediately. Matte foundations are great for some people, but they are not the way to go if you have dry skin.

Alright, now for some suggestions. If you’re willing to splurge, Armani’s Luminous Silk Foundation is one of the best options for people with dry skin. Yes, it’s $64 a bottle, but it’s worth it if you wear makeup frequently. It’ll leave your skin looking dewy and hydrated.

But, if you were hoping to find a cheaper alternative, those are out there as well! Maybelline’s Fit Me Dewy + Smooth Foundation is less than $5 and will give your skin a nice glow. Plus, it’s super buildable, so you can have as little coverage or as much coverage as you want.

Blush and Bronzer

If you struggle with really dry skin, or just love a dewy look, say goodbye to your powder blushes and bronzers and switch over to cream or liquid products.

Rare Beauty’s Soft Pinch Liquid Blush is a fan favorite (and a little goes a long way). Glossier’s Cloud Paint is another great liquid blush that makes it look like you’re not wearing any makeup.

As for bronzers, Charlotte Tilbury’s Contour Wand is a major fan favorite. It’s pricey (and always sold out), but it’s worth the splurge if you can get your hands on it. But, if you want a Charlotte Tilbury dupe, try out NYX’s Born to Glow Concealer in a darker shade. It’s only $9!

Stop using makeup wipes to remove your makeup and start using micellar water instead. Garnier’s Micellar Water is just $9 and does a great job of removing any signs of makeup without drying out your skin. It’ll leave your skin feeling healthy and clean.
